Order Processing & Confirmation

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Kindly review all order details carefully before completing the checkout process.

Sculpt Studios does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not see this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder

Product Availability & Refunds

Due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method or via check mailed to the address associated with the order.

For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.

All orders undergo a security review and may be canceled by Sculpt Studios discretion.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and promotional markdown periods.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Liability & Risk

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Sculpt Studios is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks associated with shipping are assumed by the courier service.
