REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


At Sculpt Studios, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
  • To initiate a return, the product must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Sculpt Studios reserves the right to decline a return or exchange request if the item does not pass our quality inspection.

 A return or exchange may be initiated under the following circumstances:

  1. The product does not fit.
  2. The product and its shipping package have sustained damage.
  3. The product is defective.
  4. Essential components or accessories are missing.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and untampered with.
    Brand tags, original packaging materials, and accompanying accessories must remain intact and unaltered.
  2. The product must not have been modified, except in cases of a verified vendor defect.
  3. The return request must be associated with the original order, and the product must match our records.
  4. The product must be free from any odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or any form of damage.
  5. Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
  6. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged, and saleable condition.
  7. We must be satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
Return & Exchange Procedure

Once your return or exchange request is approved, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Our logistics partner will collect the product within 24-48 hours.

Processing time for all exchanges is estimated to be 7-10 business days.

In cases where a requested size exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative product exchange or issue a Gift card* equivalent to the product’s value, which can be used for future purchases on our online store.

*Important:* Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition as received. Items returned in a compromised state or showing visible signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.

For further assistance, please contact us at support@shopsculptstudios.com , providing your name and order ID. Our support team is available Monday - Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All inquiries will be addressed within 24 hours on a priority basis.

Order Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations are only permitted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders*, provided the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • All prepaid orders are final.* We do not offer cancellations or refunds for prepaid transactions.
  • If applicable, refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift card* equivalent to the product’s selling price/MRP. The gift card will be valid for 2 (two) months* and redeemable at both our online and offline stores.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable* and must be used within the validity period.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.*
